Team pricing is based on consecutive scheduling of team members at one location.

Client is responsible for ensuring team members are available and ready at their scheduled times. Delays caused by unavailable team members, location access, wardrobe changes, meetings, or other client-side delays may require additional production time.

Additional production time, locations, lighting setups, photographers, assistants, specialized equipment, or other production requirements are quoted separately.

CORPORATE HEADSHOT DAYS

For organizations requiring a streamlined, high-volume headshot production.

HALF DAY — $1,750

RETOUCHING

STANDARD RETOUCHING INCLUDES

• Natural skin cleanup

• Minor distraction removal
• Overall image polish

Standard retouching is intended to maintain a natural, professional appearance.

Advanced retouching, compositing, extensive object removal, wardrobe alterations, body reshaping, background replacement, or other detailed image manipulation is quoted separately.

PRODUCTION TERMS

• Pricing is based on the scope specifically outlined in the selected package or estimate.

• Additional time or production requirements are billed separately or quoted as an additional service.

• On-location pricing assumes one physical location unless otherwise specified.

• Team pricing assumes one location and one primary lighting setup.

• Production time begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of client or team-member readiness.

• Client is responsible for providing access to the location and ensuring the space is ready for photography at the scheduled start time.

• Team members should be scheduled consecutively to maintain production efficiency.

• Final images are delivered electronically through an online gallery.

• Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days.

• Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

• A retainer is required to secure the session or production date.

• Dates are not considered booked until the retainer and signed agreement are received.

• Retainers are applied toward the total balance and are non-refundable once the date has been reserved.

• Final images are delivered after the remaining balance has been paid in full.

• Commercial usage, advertising campaigns, extensive licensing requirements, or other specialized usage may require a separate licensing agreement.

• Pricing does not include studio rental, location rental, permits, parking, travel outside the included service area, hair and makeup, wardrobe styling, assistants, models, props, or other third-party production expenses unless specifically stated in the estimate.
